BIJZONDERE LIJSTEN: AUSTRALISCHE JAREN 60 HITS

Zaterdag 9 maart 2024 mei is het de beurt aan Jack van Oers om dit programma te verzorgen. Tussen 4 en 7 hoor je de Australische nummer 1 hits uit de jaren 60. We draaien muziek uit 1963, 1964 en 1965.

Met in de hoofdrol The Beatles die waanzinnig populair waren in Australië. Maar er zitten ook platen bij van muzikanten uit Australië zelf. Muziek die hier in Nederland niet bekend is geworden.

Buiten de muziek wordt een stukje geschiedenis verteld van Australië. Met info over Aboriginals, kangoeroes, de ontdekkingsreizen van Europeanen en nog veel meer.
